Punta Aderci: risponde il Sindaco Lapenna

Con una lettera indirizzata all'ex segretario cittadino del PD, Luciano Lapenna risponde sulla issue of Nature Reserve.

Dear prof. Angelo Bucciarelli,

It is pleasing to note the attention that in recent years there has been compared to the natural reserve of Punta Aderci for years just a beautiful piece of land, benefited from a few fans, ignored by administrators and Vasto unknown to many citizens.
More and more tourists and visitors are attracted by the careful promotion of the Reserve, that this administration does, with the help of many volunteers who believe in alternative tourism and environment.
Some observations can be shared as the outrage over the boats and speed boats that roam undisturbed to the sea. Of this I più volte lamentato con le autorità militari che, nonostante le difficoltà che incontrano,soprattutto nel periodo estivo, intensificano il lavoro.
Altre osservazioni non sono condivisibili. Tutte le azioni intraprese in questi anni dall’Amministrazione sono sempre andate nella direzione di far conoscere la Riserva, renderla fruibile, migliorarne la pulizia, sbloccare finanziamenti arretrati e candidarla, come merita, ad essere il tratto di costa più pregevole d’Abruzzo per dare un valore aggiunto a tutto il turismo balneare vastese.
Se l’intento fosse stato quello di contenere le presenze e la fruizione, non ci si sarebbe impegnati nella promozione della Riserva in tanti ambiti, dalle riviste specializzate alle tourism fairs, forums, to the many summer events that, in the month of June this year, for example, were attended by 300 children on the beach at Punta Penna.
