The course is designed for 15 people in situations of social distress and social services workers identified by the City of Vasto. Considerato
che è esteso anche alla Pubblica Amministrazione il lavoro accessorio. Lo prevede l’articolo 7-ter, comma 12, lett. a), del d.l. n. 5/2009, convertito in l. n. 33/2009. La norma consente espressamente alle Pubbliche Amministrazioni di avvalersi dei “ buoni lavoro “, per lo svolgimento di una serie di attività tipicamente rientranti nelle funzioni pubbliche, soprattutto degli enti locali. La norma, infatti, modifica l’art. 70, comma 1, lett. d), del d.lgs. n. 276/2003 e ogi prevede che work relates to work activities accessory occasional in nature, made under the "sporting events, cultural exhibitions and works of charity or emergency or solidarity in the case of public contracting."

Pronta la pista ciclabile di Vasto Marina
Oggi pomeriggio l'inaugurazione alle ore 18.30. Il Sindaco Lapenna esprime tutta la propria soddisfazione.
“Un’opera che ha messo finalmente tutti d’accordo – ha detto il Sindaco Lapenna ai giornalisti presenti alla conferenza stampa di ieri – che mi ha visto sempre favorevole dal 1999. Da quando, cioè, per questo territorio ero presente prima in regione e poi in Provincia. I lavori? Sono orgoglioso perché abbiamo rispettato i tempi: la realizzazione si è concretizzata, dal momento della consegna dei lavori, in pochissimi mesi.” L’opera è solo un primo passo di un progetto che prevede la realizzazione di una pista ciclopedonabile per un totale di 42 chilometri. L’assemblea riunita dei lavoratori di Brunelleschi industrie srl, dopo un’attenta analisi della situazione aziendale e a seguito degli incontri informali avuti con i vari interlocutori, aziendali e istituzionali, si dichiara favorevole alla creazione di un percorso che porti i lavoratori a riunirsi in una cooperativa al fine di proseguire l’attività aziendale. A questo scopo sarà creato un comitato promotore che delinei la tempistica e la metodologia di quest’impegnativa operazione.

Speriamo solo che anche gli altri lavoratori, e i sindaci dei comuni dove lavorano, si accorgano di queste 40 persone che si avventurano in un percorso difficile e ancora incerto.
Ci apprestiamo quindi a trascorrere ancora altri mesi in cassa integrazione, nell’attesa del termine dei lavori e del collaudo dello stabilimento, da parte del Gruppo e di Brunelleschi Industrie.
Nel frattempo, c’impegneremo nell’approntare questo nuovo soggetto cooperativistico che subentrerà nell’attività già avviata. A tutti i vari soggetti che ci sono stati vicini negli ultimi dieci anni, la richiesta che continuino a sostenerci e a credere in noi.

We write these few lines to highlight our discomfort and our concern for the features that you are taking the dispute that concerns us. We are fully aware of the route that you are creating for our working reality, namely that of a cooperative that takes over the business and commercial a fronte di un disimpegno del Gruppo, causato da un evidente dissesto economico. Siamo perfettamente a conoscenza dell’esistenza di un comitato promotore formato da nostri colleghi, organismo ritenuto fondamentale ed essenziale anche da parte nostra. Qui però termina la nostra conoscenza e i contorni della vicenda si fanno meno chiari. Il processo che ha portato alla sospensione dei funzionari Filcem è parte di dinamiche interne alla CGIL, che sicuramente ha regole, regolamenti e organismi ai quali tutti suoi componenti si devono attenere, ma che ha anche, come compito essenziale, assistere i propri iscritti con persone che conoscano la storia e le vicende delle aziende in difficoltà e i risvolti, per non dire dei personaggi, che le girano intorno. Questa non è sicuramente una critica nei confronti della Nostra RSU e dei funzionari che l’assistono: entrambi sono in difficoltà, sballottati in un mare di discorsi e di fronte ad una situazione che ha miriadi di aspetti pericolosi, per i lavoratori e anche per il sindacato. Essendo in buona parte noi responsabili dei vari reparti dell’azienda, siamo perfettamente a conoscenza dello stato del nuovo stabilimento, che non è vero che sia pronto; siamo a conoscenza delle complicazioni che esistono nel districarsi negli appalti e subappalti degli impiantisti che devono terminare i lavori; siamo consapevoli che i prodotti che devono essere la base del nostro futuro devono ancora essere testati e certificati per tutti gli usi; siamo certi che alcuni prodotti di alta gamma fanno gola ad aziende senza scrupoli che gioirebbero se noi smettessimo di farli; siamo certi che ci vogliono alcuni mesi prima che lo stabilimento possa rimettersi in moto; siamo certi che la rete commerciale non esiste e vada ricostruita; siamo certi che pensare a prodotti e a una commercializzazione finalizzata solamente a grandi commesse, ci uccide in partenza avendo un costo di produzione più alto della media e una tipologia che spesso mal si presta alla tipologia di edificazione di certa edilizia; siamo certi che una volta usciti dal vecchio stabilimento, le banche recupereranno le loro decine di milioni dal Gruppo, che continuerà ad esistere e a fare affari milionari, mentre un gruppo di lavoratori si ritroverà in uno stabilimento nuovo ma fuori da ogni comprensorio e alla mercé di scaltri imprenditori, nel momento in cui si presentasse la prima difficoltà.
Siamo anche certi degli impegni presi dal Comune di Pontassieve, che non riguardano solo il vincolo dell’area, punto importante che sembrerebbe apparire superato, ma anche la conservazione della tipicità e dell’unicità di certi prodotti, della professionalità e della storia di una realtà unica al mondo e ultimo baluardo d’industrializzazione in un territorio ormai spogliato.

Noi non chiediamo nient’altro che l’azienda, come concordato, avvii lo stabilimento e che la lega delle cooperative ci assista, nel primissimo periodo a trovare sbocchi commerciali, fino al momento in cui la cooperativa non sia in grado di delinearsi e di provare ad essere azienda. Noi porteremo questi interrogativi di fronte a qualsiasi istituzione e denunceremo qualsiasi aspetto che non sia più che trasparente e che non sia deciso dai lavoratori, finalmente riuniti ai propri funzionari.

E’ ormai da molti anni che gli operai della fabbrica di ceramiche di pregio Brunelleschi vivono nell’incertezza per il loro futuro.
La resistenza nell’affermare il diritto al lavoro, la qualificazione della loro mano d’opera e il grande valore di archeologia industriale della loro fabbrica, che ha iniziato l’attività nel 1774, li ha salvati fino ad ora dalla disoccupazione e ha impedito che i poco nobili appettiti di finanziarie, banche e “piccole” Amministrazioni locali, fossero placati.
Purtroppo siamo alla stretta finale:

Con una lettera indirizzata all'ex segretario cittadino del PD, Luciano Lapenna risponde sulla issue of Nature Reserve.

Mese del Brodetto: dal 18 giugno al 5 luglio
E' in arrivo Brodetto&Contorni, la grande kermesse dedicata al piatto simbolo della tradizione marinara vastese, promossa dal Comune di Vasto in collaborazione con Slow Food Abruzzo, che per tre weekend consecutivi, dal 18 giugno al 5 luglio, animerà la città abruzzese tra cene tematiche, laboratori del gusto, spettacoli, musica, convegni, cene itineranti e tanto altro. Nell'attesa, domani, sabato 5 giugno, è in programma un'interessante anteprima nei giardini del Palazzo D'Avalos. Alle ore 19,30 si darà inizio alla tavola rotonda “Brodetti e zuppe di pesce: tradizioni italiane a confronto” dove saranno illustrate le diverse esperienze legate alle zuppe di pesce provenienti dallo stivale. Ad aprire il convegno, coordinato da Marco Bolasco, direttore editoriale di Slow Food Editore, sarà il sindaco Luciano Lapenna e il fiduciario della condotta slow food di Vasto Raimondo Pascale, a cui seguiranno gli interventi di Antonio Attore, docente universitario e scrittore, Ciro Cenatiempo, giornalista de Il Mattino di Napoli, Alberto Fabbri, consigliere Slow Food Editore, Raffaele Grilli, fiduciario della condotta slow food di Giulianova – Val Vibrata, Antonio Muci, caporedattore de Il Quotidiano di Puglia, e Cinzia Scaffidi, direttore Centro Studi Slow Food Editore.Chiuderà a unique interpretation of the evening in the kitchen by Niko Romito, the renowned chef at the Royal Rivington, which will compete directly in the preparation of a "stew in my own way."
