Le scelte del Rettore, in merito alla composizione ed alle modalità di nomina della Commissione Statuto d'Ateneo, sono solo gli ultimi atti di una gestione pessima ed antidemocratica dell'Università di Catania.
È raccapricciante che Antonino Recca abbia deciso di non avviare nessun processo democratico per la scelta dei componenti della Commissione, organo fondamentale per il futuro dell'Università Etna.
