Apprendiamo la notizia che è stato accolto dal tribunale amministrativo il ricorso del Sindaco Avv. Francesco Calanducci. Una sentenza di un tribunale si rispetta e quindi prendiamo atto del ritorno alle sue piene funzioni del Sindaco.
Questo sentenza non risolve però le questioni politiche e giudiziarie pendenti sulle attività amministrative.

interceptions in the order for custody, it shows the possibility that the activity prior to 2008 (sindacatura Fagone) and the local elections of June 2008 (Sindacatura Calanducci), have been strongly influenced by the mafia and criminal power.
For these reasons, we urge the intervention of the Prefect of Catania, aiming to achieve all the documentation from which to infer the true state of subjection of Palagonesi government powers to criminals. We also consider legitimate the request, following the publication of eavesdropping and video of the Carabinieri, which showed the clear intent of the mafia powers to bend to their business interests of the Executive palagonese.
Finally ask the Prefect to check the conditions, laws and policies to proceed with the dissolution of the City Council for serious Palagonia mafia infiltration.
Deeply concerned at the state and the future of our institutions, we are confident in the intervention of Preftto to guarantee the right of all citizens palagonesi to be represented by an administration that, regardless of color political, is above any suspicion of complicity or, as seems to emerge from investigations of the organic mafia.
