Il Piano Attuativo del Luglio 2005 presentato dalla proprietà per il recupero di una delle tre zone dell’Area ferroviaria: L’Area Centauro , è contenuto in un faldone di cartone rosso, consunto. Sul frontespizio, scritto frettolosamente a mano con un pennarello nero, si legge: “ TAVOLE SUPERATE ”.
Potremmo immaginare di mettere questo ingombrante contenitore sbilenco in una antica cantina e gli ingredienti per un romanzo dallo stile molto in voga, sarebbero pronti. Il titolo potrebbe essere : “ IL MISTERO DELLE TAVOLE SUPERATE ”.
Purtroppo non si tratta di un romanzo ma di una cruda realtà, poiché aprendo il contenitore, archiviato nell’Ufficio Tecnico e sfogliando le tavole di progetto allegato, notiamo il disegno di alcuni edifici che trasformeranno l’Area Centauro in 20.000 metri cubi di media distribuzione e gli altri 20.000 mc, dei quarantamila previsti saranno, crisi e successivi cambi di destinazione d’uso permettendo, assegnati per il manifatturiero.
Ciò che all’ignaro osservatore però salta subito all’occhio e lo riporta in una atmosfera di grande mistero è la presenza, nei progetti proposti, della CIMINIERA .
Come potrete notare dai profili delle " TAVOLE SUPERATE" (nella slideshow sopra), l’elemento storico, oggetto per tanti cittadini di profonda delusione per il suo abbattimento and for me to furious controversy exist! E 'back!
